It Will (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use the It Will mobile application.
We designed It Will to store all personal data directly on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on any external servers.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not:
Collect or store any personal data such as your name, email address, or location.
Use analytics tools that identify you personally.
Track your usage across apps or websites.
Transmit any user data to external servers, except for standard App Store functionality (e.g., in-app purchase validation handled by Apple).
All information you enter or create in the App remains stored locally on your device and is deleted when you remove the App.
3. Local Data Storage
Any data you enter (e.g., goals, progress, notes, or settings) is saved only to your device’s local storage using Apple’s secure frameworks (AppStorage, UserDefaults, or local database). This data never leaves your device unless you personally back it up (for example, through iCloud backup, which is managed by Apple).
We cannot access or recover your data if you delete the app or lose access to your device.
4. Analytics and Improvements
At this time, the App does not collect usage analytics.
In future versions, we may implement anonymous analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics or Apple’s App Analytics) strictly for the purpose of improving app performance and user experience.
If implemented, analytics will:
Never collect personal information or link data to individual users.
Be fully disclosed in an updated version of this Privacy Policy.
Comply with Apple’s and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA).
5. In-App Purchases
All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely by Apple Inc. via the App Store.
We do not have access to your payment information, transaction history, or personal billing details.
Apple may collect limited information necessary to complete these transactions, governed by Apple’s own Privacy Policy available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy.
6. Third-Party Services
The App currently does not use or integrate any third-party services such as advertising networks, APIs, or external servers.
If such services are added in future updates, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe what data is shared and why, along with any applicable opt-out options.
7. Children’s Privacy
It Will is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided us with any personal data, please contact us at itwillhappenapp@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.
8. Data Security
Because all user data is stored locally on your device, your privacy depends on your device’s security. We encourage users to:
Use a secure device passcode.

9. Your Rights
As no personal data is collected or stored by us, there is no data to access, modify, or delete on our servers. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
